Brick Fundraiser Information

This is the last call for bricks at the Heritage Plaza at the Mendon City Office/Library to place your inscribed bricks. This is a great location to have your family remembered for years to come. Orders are due by June 30, 2021.

What to inscribe on your brick paver:

  • Your family (children, grandchildren, ancestors)
  • Your business
  • An individual
  • A Mendon memory
  • May Queen
  • Mendon Mayor
  • Anyone or anything you would like to honor or memorialize

Price: $250 minimum donation

How to order:

  • Print and submit the form below and your check, made payable to Mendon City
  • Mail check or drop off form to Mendon Library, PO Box 130 Mendon, UT 84325
